Directed films
A director in the mix makes the difference. This film shows what a directed piece feels like. The plant is still here.
Edmonton shops list short video starting points from about $1,200 to $2,500, and $2,500 to $5,000 for a typical business piece. Ours start lower because there is no film crew to book. Prices are CAD, before GST.
Social cutdown: 15 seconds $80, 30 seconds $150
Short promo film, 25 to 45 seconds: $349
Standard promo film, 60 to 90 seconds, with a social cutdown: $699
Long directed film, 3 to 8 minutes: from $1,299, quoted by length
Each includes script, direction, captions, and a music bed. Two rounds of changes, except the cutdown which has one. Extra rounds are $75. Film work starts with a 50% deposit, and the other half is due when the film is delivered.
Voice. Films use captions and music by default. A spoken voice is an AI voiceover for $149 per film, and we say in the credits that it is an AI voice. We are not booking films that need a human actor or on-camera speaker right now. Human voice talent is something we plan to add, and we will say so here when it is ready.

Prices are CAD list prices for commissioned work, not Amazon retail ebook prices.
Word counts are targets and ceilings for the paid scope, not guarantees of a finished retail listing on any store.
Revision rounds mean structured passes after a draft delivery, not unlimited same day rewrites.

AI assisted drafting may be used in the workshop. You own the brief, decisions, and final keeper sign off. We will not claim pure human only authorship if tools helped.
