What I will not claim

Maslow, the stages of change, and CBT belong to other people. Arrangement is not proof.

Simple warning card on parchment that says honesty is slower
No clinically proven. No feeling on a schedule.

Finally Me says this near verbatim, and the books have to inherit it.

Maslow, the stages of change, and CBT are established work by other people. Finally Me arranges them into something new. That arrangement is Paul's proposition, not a proven result.

I will not write "clinically proven" on a cover. I will not promise a feeling on a schedule. I will not sell a card as treatment. The Today app on this site is a recovery notebook. Local notes. Not a clinic. Not on the Play Store.

If a sentence would embarrass me in a room with Paul and a reader who has been hurt by overclaim, I cut it. That is the whole policy.

Honesty is slower. It also lasts.
